Will and Selena were wonderful. Honest, professional and felt very comfortable with Will. Hopefully I will never have to go thru this again, but if I do, ServiceMaster is who I will call.

ServiceMaster of Savannah is truly exceptional. After experiencing water and mold damage twice in less than a year — first in my master bedroom and then again in the other bedrooms of my home — I was overwhelmed, stressed, and honestly exhausted by the situation. From the very first call, the team at ServiceMaster of Savannah made a difficult situation feel manageable. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. They were also extremely accommodating and worked around my schedule, which made a stressful experience so much easier to manage. It’s rare to find a company that treats your home with the same care and respect as if it were their own, but that is exactly what I received here. Because of their knowledge, quality of work and the level of care they showed, I will absolutely continue using ServiceMaster of Savannah for any future restoration needs and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water or mold damage. If you want a team you can trust in your home, this is it.

I highly recommend ServiceMaster! I am currently undergoing chemotherapy and therefore not working at the moment. I noticed what I thought was a possible dangerous mold growing in my bathrooms. I was hesitant to call anyone due to me not working right now, I was afraid of the cost involved. I did decide to call them, based on positive reviews I read. The reviews were absolutely correct! They came out and tested the areas and told me it was nothing to worry about. They gave me some advice on how to take care of the problem and left! This is a very honest and reputable company! Will was who they sent, and he was very knowledgeable and professional.

I had an upstairs toilet leak and ServiceMaster was a great help with the mitigation and mold remediation process. Will, the technician, was very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the process. Selena who works at the front desk was always pleasant as helpful as well. Thanks again! Definitely recommend this team.

The ServiceMaster inspectors, Will & Nasier, clarified the nature of the issue, including its scope, impact, and potential root causes. Selena works in the office and is upfront, honest, and very kind. Don't hesitate to call. If you need help, they are a great company to work with.
